A veteran of the political technology and startup worlds, Ben knows how to translate vision into reality.
He entered the startup space as the first employee at the political-website-building tool Ruck.us; since then, he’s addressed problems as diverse as campaign finance and text analytics, and worked on everything from product development to top-level strategizing to earning national press. Before West Wing Writers, he was product manager at Swing Left, one of the nation’s largest progressive resistance organizations. Meanwhile, his love of a good debate has earned him bylines in the Huffington Post and Campaigns and Elections magazine.
In his spare time, Ben likes to learn new skills. He’s passable, to varying degrees, at guitar, mandolin, Spanish, Swedish, computer programming, and bread-baking.
A graduate of Brown University, Ben lives in Washington, DC, with his partner, Sydney.
