From communications planning and brand messaging to product launches and virtual-event scripts, Mark’s work — and words — have resonated around the globe. He’s built his career supporting leaders, organizations, and brands across industries and time zones — advising on issues from crisis response to competitive skateboarding and rhinoceros DNA.
Mark joined West Wing Writers from FleishmanHillard, one of the world’s largest PR firms, where he led executive visibility, content creation, and media strategy for a number of clients. He got his start in strategic communications as one of four employees supporting a financial-literacy startup for kids.
Mark graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations. Outside of work, he spends as much time as possible, well, outside — and preferably on or near a beach.
He lives in San Diego County with his wife, three children and, at the time of writing, five living fish.
